So, what’s the problem?
Research after research strongly suggests that when these artificial sweeteners are metabolized in the body, they can cause health-related issues related to metabolism and weight gain, neurological disease, joint pains, digestive problems, headache, depression, inflammatory bowl disease, chemical toxicity, and cancer. You’ll find this fake stuff in diet soda, sugar-free candies and gum, to name a few. Since it’s not a real substance, your body doesn’t know how to metabolize it, so it then results in inflammation and fat formation.
Why are they not in me?
Because I believe fresh breath can come from simple ingredients that are purely natural. So all you’ll find is natural and plant based ingredients with names you can pronounce.
